TCS is hiring for SAP ISU Functional
Exp: 6+ years
Location: Pan India
SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities),
Experience Years- 5+Years and above
Key Responsibilities
- Support & Maintenance: Handle day-to-day production support, incident resolution, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs.
- Billing Operations: Monitor and manage billing cycles, mass billing, collective invoicing, and financial documents like credit/debit notes.
- Configuration & Testing: Configure and test functional changes in SAP IS-U Billing/Invoicing master data and prepare functional specifications for developments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as FI/CA, CRM, EDM, and ABAP.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years and above of hands-on functional experience in SAP IS-Utilities.
- Core Skills: Strong knowledge of Billing Master Data (rates, operands, variants, rate categories, billing schemas) and Meter-to-Cash processes.
- Project Exposure: Prior experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, or Application Management Services (AMS) support projects.
- Qualification: Full-time graduation (B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or equivalent).
