Role: SAP ISU FSM Technical Consultant @ Delaware India

As an SAP ISU FSM Technical Consultant, you will drive successful SAP implementations and enhance client capabilities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, contribute to design workshops, and support development across platforms.

You will also continuously upskill by staying aligned with the latest SAP technologies and trends, ensuring innovative and effective client solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Utilities domain knowledge
• SAP FSM development, configuration, and enhancements
• Checklist template design and business rule creation
• Planning, dispatching, and activity management
• Integration between SAP IS-U and FSM (Service Orders, Device Management)
• Technical expertise in ABAP, CDS Views, OData, BADI, BAPI, RFC
• Experience with Proaxia FSM Connector and IDocs
• Troubleshooting integrations and monitoring queues (ECC/S4 HANA)
• Support, enhancements, and AMS/implementation project experience
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle FSM implementations

Proaxia FSM Connector:

• Checklist template configurations (Posting, Prefilling etc.).
• Good Knowledge in Proaxia IDoc types.
• Troubleshoot errors in IDocs, web services, or Proaxia middleware.
• Work experience in BADIs for the enhancements.
• Monitor inbound/outbound queues between SAP ECC/S4 Hana FSM.
