We are seeking an experienced SAP ISU Device Management professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in implementing and supporting SAP ISU Device Management solutions, contributing to our commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support SAP ISU Device Management solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device management processes.
  • Perform system configuration and testing for device management functionalities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP ISU Device Management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in device management.

Must :

  • Hands on experience and subject matter experts on SAP ISU Device Management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Responsible for managing day to day ISU DM operations and troubleshooting and ability to provide workarounds while RCA is in process
  • Understanding on SAP batch jobs and scheduling
  • familiarity with SAP ISU DM integration with ither SAP modules and external systems
  • Identify and propose process improvements
  • collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure business goals and operations are met
  • Effective communication
  • Strong Incident management process exposure or awareness

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in SAP ISU Device Management.
  • Strong understanding of utility processes and device management functionalities within SAP.
  • Experience with configuration and customization of SAP ISU modules.
  • Knowledge of SAP ABAP for reporting and enhancements related to device management.
  • Familiarity with data migration techniques and tools related to device management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
