- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for SAP ISU Device Management modules within AMS scope.
- Handle incident management, resolve service requests, and troubleshoot device-related issues in SAP ISU.
- Ensure smooth functioning of device lifecycle processes, including installation, removal, replacement, and inspection.
- Monitor and optimise device data accuracy and integrity across the SAP ISU landscape.
- Coordinate with business users for requirements gathering, issue resolution, and process improvements.
- Assist in periodic system upgrades, patching, and testing of device management functionalities.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to device management processes, configurations, and custom developments.
- Support integration with other SAP ISU modules (Billing, Customer Service, Work Management) and external systems.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for device management processes
