Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

SAP ISU Device Management Expertise:

  • Configure and implement Device Management (DM) functionalities within the SAP ISU module.
  • Manage end-to-end processes for devices, including installation, replacement, removal, and disconnection.
  • Set up and maintain device-related master data, such as device types, registers, and technical installation.

Integration & Process Optimization:

  • Integrate Device Management with other SAP ISU components such as Billing, Meter Reading, and Customer Service.
  • Streamline device-related workflows to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Work on advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) integration and smart device configurations.

System Support & Enhancement:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Device Management processes.
  • Enhance existing functionalities based on business requirements and industry best practices.

Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Provide expertise during all phases of implementation, including blueprinting, testing, and deployment.

Training & Documentation:

  • Deliver user training sessions to enhance understanding and usage of SAP ISU Device Management functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience working with SAP ISU Device Management.
  • Strong understanding of utilities industry processes, including metering and device lifecycle management.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in SAP ISU DM configuration and integration.
  • Familiarity with other SAP ISU components (Billing, Meter Reading, and Work Management).
  • Knowledge of smart metering technologies and AMI solutions.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
