SAP Integration Techno-Functional Consultant

Role summary

Own application-level integration troubleshooting across SAP, Salesforce, Informatica, Esker and revenue systems.

Must-have skills

• SAP interfaces, iDocs, RFCs and APIs
• Informatica or comparable integration tooling
• SAP-to-Salesforce integration
• Batch and interface-failure analysis
• Finance and order-to-cash process understanding

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end interface resolution
• Identify source, middleware and target-system failures
• Work with retained infrastructure and vendor teams
• Support approved field, mapping and interface changes
• Maintain interface inventory and support runbooks

Project-specific requirements

• Hands-on L2/L3 production support experience and ability to independently diagnose incidents from day one.
• Willingness to work in the assigned IST/EST-aligned support shift and participate in the defined P1 on-call rotation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with business users, HMH Service Desk, NOC/ProdOps, retained technical teams and product vendors.
• Ability to create and maintain runbooks, KEDB articles, RCA records and transition documentation.
• Experience estimating minor changes, supporting testing and validating production releases.
• Ability to lead cross-tower diagnosis during P1 integration incidents.

Strong capability to separate application remediation from retained infrastructure/platform ownership.
