We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate specializing in SAP Integration with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP standard adapters, including File, SFTP, REST, JDBC, JMS, RFC, SOAP, IDOC_AAE, HTTP_AAE, MAIL, and third-party adapters.
This role requires a technical team lead who can drive high-quality SAP integration projects, ensure seamless EDI implementation, and contribute to best practices in a dynamic and prestigious work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee SAP integration projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Utilize deep expertise in SAP standard adapters, including:
- File, SFTP, REST, JDBC, JMS, RFC, SOAP, IDOC_AAE, HTTP_AAE, MAIL, and third-party adapters.
- Implement and optimize EDI solutions, ensuring seamless data exchange and process integration.
- Share expertise with team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to best practices and methodologies to enhance SAP integration efficiency.
- Manage change requests (CRs) efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing technical guidance and support.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in SAP integration, with deep knowledge of SAP standard adapters.
- Proven experience in EDI solution implementation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work the 2 PM to 11 PM shift and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Previous experience in a Senior Associate or Lead role.
