SAP Integration Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Integration Manager/Lead with over 10 years of total experience, including 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI within support and implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong development knowledge in design and configuration and must have successfully completed at least one end-to-end implementation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing incident, change, and problem management processes while adhering to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP PI/PO/CPI integration projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and configuration of SAP PI/PO/CPI solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and manage the resolution of incidents, changes, and problems efficiently.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of integration specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of integration processes to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic guidance on integration solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all integration projects and processes.
• Participate in the planning and execution of end-to-end implementations, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruptions to business operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of total experience in SAP integration technologies, with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI.
• Proven track record of at least one successful end-to-end SAP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PI/PO/CPI development, including design and configuration.
• Experience in managing incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in PI/PO/CPI.
• Experience managing projects in a global or multi-regional context.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
