SAP Integration consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to oversee the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, and APIs, along with excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP integration projects across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions using:
• SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management)
• SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration)
• IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and OData
• Define and enforce integration architecture standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with SAP functional, technical, and business teams to understand integration requirements.
• Oversee middleware configurations and troubleshoot interface issues.
• Support project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior integration consultants.
• Ensure proper documentation, version control, and change management for integration objects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP integration
• 3+ years of experience in a lead role
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO
• Deep knowledge of SAP interfaces: IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, Proxy, Web Services, and APIs
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, API Management, and Event Mesh is a plus
• Solid understanding of SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, and HCM for integration touchpoints
• Knowledge of security standards (OAuth, SAML, etc.) and data compliance
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
