As an SAP Inhouse Consultant you will be part of our global SAP Team, supporting, developing, and rolling out our global SAP S/4HANA template.
As our new consultant your tasks will include:
- Project and operations support for the technical implementation of our global template by customizing the business processes for the global SAP template.
- Responsibility and ensuring the proper SAP system flow in the global Lead to Cash process.
- Customizing and master data settings in SAP SD.
- Collaboration with the external and internal team members.
- Consulting business in Lead to Cash processes and developing solutions in close cooperation with relevant departments, keeping the big picture in mind.
- Running (sub) projects independently.
- Participation in national and international projects.
- Practice-oriented knowledge enhancement within the area of S/4HANA.
- Preparation of documentation and training materials for key users, end users and 01st level support.
- Ensuring the operative day-to-day business within the scope of 02nd level support.
We are looking for a profile with:
- At least 4-8 years of experience with SAP with a focus on consulting and excellent knowledge of SAP SD with a profound understanding of Lead to Cash processes
- Knowledge of SAP CPQ and SAP VC including integrational aspects (e.g., C/4, Siemens Teamcenter)
- Should have good knowledge on the SAP SD processes and configurations.
- Support when needed in gathering business requirements and building functional specification documents.
- Knowledge of SAP GTS and VC (Variant Configuration) is preferable.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, technical teams, developers to ensure clear understanding and translation of functional and data requirements.
- Pre-qualifies and prioritizes change requests, escalates changes that should be projected to the functional analyst, Project Manager & team.
- Liaison between users and technical team.
- Create training collaterals, conduct training for users when needed.
- Identifying potential threats and informing all concerned parties in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP Modules (e.g., MM, PP) are beneficial.
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming and debugging is a plus.
- A degree in (business) informatics, computer science or another IT related education
- Excellent English communication skills (working language is English) is a must.
