As an SAP Inhouse Consultant you will be part of our global SAP Team, supporting, developing,
and rolling out our global SAP S/4 HANA template. As our new consultant your tasks will include:
- Acts as a focal point between all business teams (e.g., global, deployment/local)
- Support of all business-related Data Migration activities and deliverables (e.g., managing the load cycles)
- Execution of business data migration activities including planning, risks and issue management, communication, and escalation
- Ensure tracking of business deliverables and responsible for business readiness and business data quality
- Status tracking and reporting incl. cleansing, remediation, quality, readiness for load cycles, defect management, validation, and reconciliation
- Prepares, communicates, run and reports on load cycles and plans and support Cutover
- Lead to ensure data migration activities are aligned.
- Project support of the functional teams in error analysis and data validation
- Creation of reports for data reconciliation (Quality assurance of the technical migration)
- Collaboration with the external and internal team members
- Participation in national and international projects
- Practice-oriented knowledge enhancement within the area of S/4HANA
- Preparation of documentation and training materials
We are looking for a profile with:
- At least 5-8 years of experience in several projects in delivering Data Migration / Data Clean-up Activities
- Expert knowledge in the Master Data Lifecycle Management
- Candidates should have implemented S/4 Data Migration Projects and possess good understanding of data migration life cycle.
- Expertise in either SAP Business Objects Data Services/DMC/ Syniti/Winshuttle is preferred including sound knowledge in RDBMS, SQL concepts.
- Knowledge of ETL Admin activities, LTMC/LTMON, IDOC, BAPI would be an added advantage.
- Ability to participate across mock and test cycles including test case preparation, defect fixing, client communication and updates to project plans.
- Knowledge of cutover plan and activities involved is required.
- Good Knowledge of S/4 Hana Migration tools such like Migration Cockpit (LTMC), Migration Modeler (LTMOM), Migrate your data app, LSMW and mass transactions.
- Good knowledge of S4 Hana Objects like Business Partner, Material Master, FI-Objects is beneficial.
- A degree in (business) informatics, computer science or another IT related education
- Excellent English communication skills (working language is English) is a must Business fluent German language skills is a plus.
- Ideally you have experience with SAP from an engineering industry, preferably from an international organization.
- Excellent analytical skills and able to work independently.
- Intercultural understanding
- Experience working with an SAP Solution Manager
