SAP ILM / Data Archiving Consultant

We are looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience in SAP Data Archiving, SAP ILM, ArchiveLink, and OpenText across Consultant to Architect/Lead levels.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with SAP Data Archiving and SARA, including archiving objects, write/delete jobs, retrieval, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end archiving lifecycle — preprocessing, write, delete, storage, retrieval, testing, and validation.
• Experience with SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD and their archiving processes.
• Knowledge of SAP ILM, retention management, ILM Rules Framework, data retention, audit, and compliance.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP HANA and S/4HANA, including database growth and performance considerations.
• Hands-on knowledge of ArchiveLink, document archiving, document retrieval, DocuLink, and document ingestion.
• Exposure to OpenText Core Archive / Archive Centre, including repository configuration, integration, migration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in implementation, testing, cutover, deployment, production support, and RCA.
• Ability to work with Basis, functional, infrastructure, storage, and business teams.
• Strong customer-facing, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Experience Levels:

3–5 Years: Consultant / Senior Consultant

5–6 Years: Senior Consultant / Module Lead

6–8 Years: Lead Consultant / Architect / Project Lead
