SAP Identity Management - Pune Hybrid

Role: SAP IDM Consultant

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ months

The role focuses on strengthening IT capabilities to support the organization's transformation and operational goals, delivering greater value to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

· User Provisioning: Automate user creation, modification, provisioning, de-provisioning, and password management across connected platforms

· System Integration: Connect SAP IDM with SAP ECC and S/4HANA using ABAP connectors

· Workflow Management: Configure and manage web-based approval workflows and role-based access control (RBAC)

· Maintenance & Monitoring: Schedule and monitor IDM background jobs, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, apply system patches

· Reporting: Write SQL queries using various joins and key functions; strong knowledge of SAP IDM tables and views

Must Haves:

· 3 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IDM implementation and administration

· Strong knowledge of JavaScript and SQL scripts, with proficiency in customizing workflows and identity tasks

· Ability to support internal/external audits and access reviews

Nice to Haves:

· Solid understanding of SAP Security, authorization concepts, and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
