Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP IBP Demand Planning and Demand Management implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP functional designs and solutions.
• Configure and optimize SAP IBP modules including:
• Demand Planning (DP)
• Demand Sensing
• Statistical Forecasting
• Demand Review and Consensus Planning
• Inventory Integration
• Design and configure Planning Areas, Planning Levels, Key Figures, Attributes, and Time Profiles.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models, demand planning processes, and exception-based planning.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand forecasting requirements and align solutions with business goals.
• Configure and support SAP IBP Excel Add-In and Fiori applications.
• Collaborate with SAP ECC/S4HANA, APO, BW, and other source systems teams for integration requirements.
• Perform data validation, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Support UAT, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for business users.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and recommend process improvements to improve demand planning effectiveness.
• Provide production support and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
