Key Responsibilities
SAP IBP Implementation & Configuration
- Configure and implement SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), Inventory Optimization (IO), and Response Planning.
- Work extensively on Time Series Planning and Order-Based Planning (OBP).
- Perform hands-on configuration of IBP planning areas, key figures, attributes, and planning operators.
- Design and develop SAP functional modules aligned with business requirements.
Integration & Data Management
- Develop and implement integration solutions using SAP CI-DS to integrate SAP IBP with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and external systems.
- Manage master data and transactional data integration for OBP.
- Monitor and resolve integration workflow and data quality issues.
Business Process & Solution Design
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and analyze business processes.
- Prepare functional blueprints and to-be process designs.
- Design functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and forms.
Project & Support Management
- Participate in design discussions and coordinate with multiple streams for seamless integration.
- Support cutover planning and execution activities.
- Handle large and complex enhancements.
- Work within established support procedures and large team environments.
- Deliver tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Clearly articulate functional knowledge to business stakeholders.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across departments.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Work independently with structured prioritization and strong follow-through.
