Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in IBP SampOP within the Manufacturing Inventory Planning domain to drive integrated business planning and sales amp operations planning processes
Job Description
Lead and manage the Integrated Business Planning IBP and Sales amp Operations Planning SampOP processes to align supply chain and business strategies Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including demand planning supply planning finance and manufacturing to ensure seamless inventory management Analyze inventory levels forecast data and production schedules to optimize manufacturing inventory planning Utilize advanced planning tools and methodologies to improve forecast accuracy and inventory turnover Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and reduce supply chain risks Monitor key performance indicators KPIs related to inventory demand and supply planning to drive informed decisionmaking Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices in inventory and production planning
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement robust IBP and SampOP frameworks tailored to manufacturing inventory planning requirements Facilitate monthly and quarterly SampOP meetings with stakeholders to review performance resolve issues and align plans Drive scenario planning and risk assessment to prepare for demand fluctuations and supply disruptions Mentor and guide junior planners and team members on IBP and inventory planning best practices Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance planning systems and data integration Identify gaps in current planning processes and recommend strategic improvements Communicate planning insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decisionmaking
