Job Title: SAP IBP Principal Consultant / Lead / Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver SAP IBP solutions across modules (Supply, Demand, Inventory Optimization, Order-Based Planning).
• Lead client-facing activities including workshops, UAT, solution walkthroughs, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales & Alliances teams to support pre-sales, proposals, and IBP business growth.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants; contribute to internal knowledge base, assets, and accelerators.
• Drive value creation by enhancing delivery efficiency and reducing cost-to-serve.

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, including 3+ years in end-to-end SAP IBP implementations.
• Strong expertise in at least one IBP module (Supply, Demand, or Order-Based Planning).
• Proven configuration skills: planning areas, key figures, planning views, application jobs.
• Strong knowledge of ECC master data & transactional data management.
• Ability to define CPI specs and integration requirements.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with experience in leading workshops.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to SAP APO or other advanced planning tools.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MTech, or MS) in Supply Chain / Operations.
• Experience in building IBP accelerators, reusable templates, or go-to-market initiatives.
