Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with strong expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Response & Supply. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation and support experience in SAP IBP and possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.
• Lead solution design discussions and recommend best-fit SAP IBP functionalities.
• Prepare technical specifications and architecture recommendations for customized solutions.
• Coordinate with SAP ECC, SAP BW, and integration teams to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to understand Supply Chain and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Independently handle SAP IBP production issues, enhancements, and support activities.
• Train business users and planners on SAP IBP functionalities.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and validate system changes.
• Monitor IBP and CIDS jobs and recommend corrective actions when required.
• Support documentation, implementation, and change management activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• 6–8 years of overall SAP experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation/support experience in:
• SAP IBP Demand Planning (DP)
• Supply Planning (SP)
• Inventory Optimization (IO)
• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes.
• Experience in SAP ECC and SAP BW integration.
• Ability to work independently on enhancements, production support, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP IBP Certification.
• Experience with SAP IBP Authorization.
• Knowledge of CPI-DS and SAP IBP integration.
• Prior experience with SAP APO (DP/SNP).
