Role: SAP IBP Consultant – Demand & Supply
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 6–8 Years
Key Requirements:
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in SAP IBP.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong functional knowledge of Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
- Strong understanding of S&OP business processes.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP IBP S&OP solutions.
- Experience with planning models, key figures, planning levels, attributes, time profiles, master data, and planning areas.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and scenario planning.
- Experience with executive dashboards and KPI design.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Experience coordinating integration with ERP/S/4 systems and other data sources.
- Good understanding of master data and data-flow validation.
- Experience with IBP configuration, planning areas, key figures, and operators.
- Experience with Excel planning views and analytics.
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as CPI-DS, SDI, RTI, or equivalent.
- Experience leading SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud is preferred.
- Any Degree qualification is required.
