We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Planning Solution Design & Governance professional to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise planning solutions. The role will partner with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technology groups to drive planning transformation initiatives while ensuring solution scalability, standardization, and governance across the SAP IBP landscape. Location : India(REMOTE)

Type : Contract (5 months -extendable)

Experience : 8+ years

Shift : EU - 12 pm to 9 pm IST- Remote

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience with at least 5+ years in SAP IBP.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP IBP solution architecture and design.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning processes and best practices.
• Experience leading large-scale SAP IBP implementation or transformation programs.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, APO, and other planning platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive governance initiatives.
• SAP IBP Certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP IBP processes across Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response & Supply Planning, and S&OP.
• Define target-state planning architectures, solution blueprints, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into scalable SAP IBP solutions.
• Establish design standards, implementation methodologies, and governance practices across projects.
• Drive solution reviews, design approvals, and architecture compliance.
• Evaluate new SAP IBP functionalities and recommend adoption strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops involving Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, IT, and external partners.
• Ensure alignment between global business processes and SAP IBP capabilities.
• Support transformation programs, process harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to functional consultants and implementation teams.
