Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and SAP S/4HANA PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling). The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting end-to-end supply chain planning solutions, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, response planning, and detailed production scheduling. The role requires strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes and integration between SAP IBP and S/4HANA PPDS
Key Responsibilities
SAP IBP
- Lead and participate in SAP IBP implementations and enhancement projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
- Configure and support:
- IBP Demand Planning
- IBP Supply Planning
- IBP Response & Supply
- IBP Inventory Optimization
- IBP S&OP
- Control Tower (preferred)
- Design planning areas, master data types, attributes, key figures, calculations, and planning operators.
- Configure forecasting models, alerts, dashboards, and planning views.
- Develop and support Excel Add-in planning solutions.
- Work on scenario planning and supply chain simulations.
- Support UAT, SIT, defect resolution, and hypercare activities.
PPDS / ePPDS
- Configure and support S/4HANA PPDS processes.
- Design and maintain:
- Resources
- Production Data Structures (PDS)
- Planning Procedures
- Scheduling Parameters
- Product Heuristics
- Capacity Planning
- Order Sequencing
- Detailed Scheduling
- Configure PPDS heuristics and optimization strategies.
- Perform bottleneck analysis and capacity leveling.

Integration & Technical Responsibilities
- Configure integration between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA.
- Work with CPI-DS/CI-DS, SDI, or HCI for data integration.
- Manage master and transactional data interfaces.
- Collaborate with SAP PP, MM, SD, QM, and EWM teams for end-to-end planning processes.

- Experience in Pharma, Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Automotive, or Industrial Products.
