Role Purpose: Support L3 managed services by implementing code fixes and assisting in enhancements for Hybris-based systems under guidance from senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Debug and fix issues in Hybris storefront and order management flows.
- Assist in RCA and preventive measures for recurring problems.
- Participate in release validation and smoke testing.
- Update documentation and follow ITIL-aligned processes.
- Collaborate with QA and frontend engineers for integrated fixes.
Required Skills:
- 35 years in SAP Commerce (Hybris) development.
- Solid Java/J2EE and Hybris fundamentals; exposure to OCC APIs.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and build tools (Maven).
- Ability to work in a 245/7 support model and handle on-call rotations.
Experience:
- 35 years in Hybris development.
Location and worktime Model: Offshore with 24/7
KPIs:
- Timely resolution of assigned tickets
- Adherence to coding standards
