JD / Specs :

• We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Indian Payroll.
• The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, statutory requirements, and payroll processes is required.
• Experience in payroll integration with other SAP modules and handling end-to-end payroll activities will be preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
