The SAP HR Mini Master Consultant is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting SAP HR Mini Master data within SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments. The consultant will manage employee master data, support HR business processes, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP HR Mini Master data, including Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Manage employee master data such as personal details, organizational assignments, addresses, bank information, and communication details.
• Configure and support HR infotypes (0000, 0001, 0002, 0006, 0105, etc.).
• Support HR Mini Master setup during SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Perform data migration, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure accurate integration between HR Mini Master and Payroll, Time Management, FI/CO, SuccessFactors, and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide end-user support.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP HCM modules, especially Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Expertise in SAP HR Mini Master configuration and employee master data management.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of HR infotypes, number ranges, actions, and organizational structures.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations is preferred.
• Understanding of HR data migration and validation processes.
• Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and security roles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related field.
• SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects.
• Exposure to HR reporting and data governance processes.
