Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HR solutions.
  • Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules, including:
  • Personnel Administration (PA)
  • Organizational Management (OM)
  • Time Management
  • Payroll (country-specific, if applicable)
  • Employee/Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS)
  • Support integration with other SAP and third-party systems (e.g., Finance, SuccessFactors).
  • Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations and enhancements.
  • Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to ensure system alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in SAP HR modules.
