EY is hiring experienced SAP professionals to support large-scale S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs for global enterprise clients. We are looking for candidates from Tier-1 organizations with strong domain expertise, stability, and proven delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute ECC to S/4HANA migration with strong focus on ABAP custom code remediation.
• Perform SPAU/SPDD adjustments, ATC checks, and simplification item impact analysis.
• Optimize ABAP programs for S/4HANA compatibility and performance.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure smooth migration and testing support.

Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP ABAP experience.
• Strong and current S/4HANA migration experience (must be working on migration in the current project).
• Enterprise-scale SAP project exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end SAP MDG implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• MDG Frameworks & Data Models
• Derivations & Validations
• Cross-entity BADIs
• Feeder Class Enhancements
• UI Enhancements (UIBBs, custom fields)
• Data Replication & CBA
• CMP (Consolidation & Mass Processing)
• Work across MDG versions and enterprise master data landscapes.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP MDG experience.
• Strong technical MDG background with end-to-end implementation exposure.
• Ability to work independently in a remote delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on involvement in SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across GL, AR, AP, AA, BA, CO.
• Support SIT cycles, defect tracking, and resolution with functional/technical teams.
• Handle custom object remediation and integration scenarios.
• Prepare test scripts independently and support testing phases.
• Work closely with stakeholders for issue resolution and business alignment.

Mandatory Requirements

• 6–9 years of SAP FICO experience.
• Strong S/4HANA FICO implementation exposure (migration experience from ECC to S/4 is a plus).
• Knowledge of cross-module integration is mandatory.
• Willingness to work from Hyderabad office on a hybrid basis (as required).

Budget Mapping

• 6 years: Max 25 LPA
• 7 years: Max 26 LPA
• 8–9 years: Max 28 LPA

• Education: BE / BTech / MTech only (15 years of regular education mandatory).
• Company Background: Candidates must be from Tier-1 / reputed organizations such as Accenture, Infosys, IBM, Wipro, Big 4, or equivalent.
• Stability:
• Minimum 2–3 years in the current organization.
• Current Status:
• Must be currently working, resigned, and serving notice period.
• Joining Timeline:
• Candidates should be able to join within 20–30 days.
• PF Compliance:
• Provident Fund (PF) records are mandatory from all employers.

• Profiles without relevant and recent S/4HANA experience will not be considered.
• For ABAP, candidates must be working on S/4HANA migration projects currently.
• Stability, enterprise exposure, and delivery maturity are key evaluation parameters.
