Job Description: -SAP HCM US Payroll Consultant
Relevant Experience (in Yrs):- 5+yrs
Technical/Functional Skills:-
• Must be well versed with in full gross to net US payroll calculation and configuration including as well as schemas and rules, Finance integration, BSI Tax Factory and Off-Cycle. Also understand underlying legal requirements.
• Should be able to Evaluating customers business needs, contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP PY systems
• Ability to interact with management and technical specialist and provide timely/quality advice
• Should be good in understanding the business requirements and should have ability to prepare Functional Design Documents for development of various FRICEW objects (Forms, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement and Workflows).
• Should be able to lead the team
• To work effectively within a team environment
• Good Knowledge of ASAP Methodology
Experience Required:-
· Should have exposure to other modules of SAP HCM like Benefits, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and integration of HCM modules with Successfactors
· Exposure to benefit integration with 3rd party system
· Should have actively worked on a minimum of 1 Full life cycle implementation or support project.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
· Assist and guide client in all phases of project life cycle.
· Handle all phases like Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and parallel test plans.
· Associate should able to lead team and should be able to work with other SAP HCM consultants as a team.Adapts best methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems.
· The consultant will be responsible for supporting the existing HR landscape and assisting clients in configuration, development, testing, rollout and post-roll out support of SAP HCM US Payroll solutions.
· As the majority of our work is performed at different sites with significant travel required, consultant must be ready to travel.
Generic Managerial Skills:-
· Consultant will work closely with the client core team to ensure exemplary results. Must possess and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service skills.
· Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task.
· Maintain customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and deliver a high level of responsiveness and customer service.
