Role Overview
SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in UK or Swiss Payroll support, configuration, and end-to-end payroll processing.
Location: Pan India
Experience Required
- 5–8 years in SAP HCM
- Strong hands-on experience in UK or Swiss Payroll ( Mandatory )
Key Skills
- Payroll Schemas & PCRs (editing, debugging)
- SAP HCM Modules: PA, OM, Time Management
- UK Payroll compliance: RTI (FPS/EPS), Tax, NI, Pensions, SSP/SMP/SPP
- Year-end activities: P60, P11D
- SAP integrations (FI, SuccessFactors ECP, third-party systems)
- UAT, SIT, cutover support
- ABAP functional specs (fit-gap analysis)
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end UK or Swiss payroll processing and support
- Payroll configuration and schema maintenance
- Handle payroll issues and support tickets
- Ensure UK or Swiss compliance and reporting
- Testing, troubleshooting, and production support
- Integration with SAP and external systems
