Role Description
This is a part-time,, on-site role for a SAP HCM Trainer, located in vikaspuri, New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include developing and delivering training sessions on SAP HCM modules, assisting students in understanding and implementing business processes, and providing practical, industry-relevant knowledge. The trainer will also collaborate with the curriculum design team to update course content and provide post-training support to students for skill enhancement and career development.
classes will be held on weekends only
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP HCM and related business processes
- Experience in delivering professional training sessions and facilitating skill development
- Background in consulting and understanding client requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience as a SAP trainer or consultant is preferred
