Role Description
This is a part-time, remote position for a SAP HCM Trainer. The role involves designing and delivering comprehensive training programs on SAP HCM modules. You will be responsible for preparing training materials, guiding learners through practical applications, and offering insights into relevant business processes. Additionally, the role includes evaluating trainee progress, addressing queries, and ensuring participants gain industry-relevant skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Expertise in SAP modules, including SAP FICO and Materials Management
- Experience in Training and the ability to design and deliver engaging instructional sessions
- Strong understanding of Business Processes and their integration with SAP systems
- Consulting experience and skills to effectively address client or trainee needs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar training or teaching role preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
