• 4–6years of hands-on SAP HCM experience in PA/OM/TM/Payroll- Indian.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements.
• Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams.
• Good knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules.
• Experience in support environment (AMS) or implementation projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM issues independently.
• Experience with SF to SAP replication/worked with CPI integrations
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
