Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration and Customization:

Configure and customize SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM).

Develop and implement enhancements and modifications to meet business requirements.

Technical Development:

Utilize ABAP programming for debugging and troubleshooting standard and custom objects, along with function modules and API calls.

Functional Expertise:

Provide functional expertise in the areas of HR processes including SAP MRS.

Support and Maintenance:

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM modules.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MRS functionality.

Skills
