We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate specializing in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM), with a strong focus on Payroll.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP HR modules and a proven track record of integrating SAP HCM with other modules like FI-CO. Additionally, expertise in SAP Solution Manager, NetWeaver components, and interface technologies such as ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC is required.
Candidates with ITIL certification and Workday experience will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
SAP HCM Expertise
- Utilize SAP HR certification to drive successful implementations and process optimizations.
- Manage and execute Payroll processes within SAP HCM, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Integration & Solution Management
- Leverage SAP Solution Manager for efficient system management and implementation tracking.
- Work on seamless integration between SAP HCM and FI-CO to streamline financial and payroll operations.
- Apply NetWeaver expertise to enhance system performance and connectivity.
Interface & Data Management
- Utilize ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC for interfacing and data exchange, with a solid understanding of technical configurations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple modules and external systems.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Mandatory Skills
- Expertise in SAP HCM, specifically Payroll.
