Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM / SuccessFactors modules
- Work on end-to-end HR processes including PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, and Recruitment
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Handle system enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting
- Ensure smooth HR operations and system performance
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of HR processes and data structures
- Experience in implementation/support projects
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors
- Integration experience with third-party systems
- Global HR implementation exposure
