Role Name: SAP S/4 HANA HCM functional consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Conversion Planning & Analysis: Analyze current HCM landscape using SAP Readiness Check to identify necessary changes, obsolescence, and best practices for H4S4 migration.
- System Configuration: Customize SAP H4S4 systems, including Enterprise Structure, Personnel Structure, Pay Structure, and Organizational structure.
- Business Partner Synchronization: Execute and map employee data to SAP S/4HANA Business Partner (BP) format.
- Data Migration & Cutover: Manage HCM data migration, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation, as well as cutover planning for the Go-Live.
- Process Redesign: Adapt existing HCM processes to the updated H4S4 environment and resolve gaps during the transition.
- Testing: Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure HR systems operate correctly under S/4HANA.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with HR teams to map requirements to new functional capabilities and provide training.
- Integration Support: Ensure smooth integration between H4S4 and other SAP modules (FI/CO) and third-party systems.
