About the Role

Lead implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors EC with HCM Middle East Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and design payroll solutions aligned with local compliance.
• Configure EC modules and payroll rules, ensuring seamless integration.
• Provide guidance on statutory requirements (GOSI, WPS, gratuity, end-of-service benefits, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR and payroll solutions.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
