Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards

Requirements

Lead end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery across all phases
Provide expert guidance on SAP HCM Payroll best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements
Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll modules to align with specific client needs, with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within SAP HCM Payroll applications and integrations
Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for both clients and internal teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems
Keep abreast of latest SAP HCM Payroll enhancements, legal changes, and technology trends

Must-Have Skills:

Extensive experience as a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, with a strong focus on US Payroll
Deep understanding of SAP HCM Payroll functionalities, including payroll schemas, rules, and wage types
Proven expertise in SAP Payroll configuration, including system setup, testing, and deployment
