Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM & Payroll Consultant (India Payroll) to support an offshore engagement.

This role requires strong expertise in Indian payroll processing, statutory compliance, and production support (ticketing environment).

️ Key Responsibilities

️ Act as SME for SAP HCM & Payroll (India)

️ Manage payroll processing & payroll runs

️ Handle Personnel Administration & Time Management

️ Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax regulations

️ Support year-end payroll activities

️ Work on system integrations and issue resolution

️ Handle tickets using tools like ServiceNow/Remedy

️ Provide ongoing production support

Must Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM + Payroll (India)

Deep knowledge of Indian statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, IT)

Experience in production support / ticketing tools

Experience with payroll cycles & year-end processing

Ability to work in offshore IST hours

Must have own laptop

Good to Have

️ SAP HCM Certification (or willingness to obtain)

️ Experience with SAP CAS support model

️ Strong troubleshooting & client communication skills
