Job Description
Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Payroll solutions for business requirements. Handle complete end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll runs, posting, and reconciliation. Manage payroll schema, rules, wage types, and payroll control records. Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, Taxation, and other local payroll regulations. Integrate Payroll with Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Finance (FI) modules. Troubleshoot payroll issues, analyze errors, and provide timely resolutions. Support payroll month-end, year-end activities, and audits. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for enhancements and reports. Provide production support and participate in payroll testing, UAT, and documentation.
