Primary job title: SAP Payroll Consultant (HCM / Employee Central Payroll)
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end payroll configuration and payroll runs for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), ensuring accurate month-end and off-cycle processing.
- Design and implement integrations between Employee Central and ECP using middleware and integration frameworks; coordinate with integration teams to resolve data flows and errors.
- Maintain and support time management, payroll infotypes, retro/adjustment processing, and statutory reporting for India payroll.
- Execute payroll testing, reconciliation, parallel runs and variance analysis to validate payroll results and remediate discrepancies.
- Drive go-live and post-production stabilization activities, prepare runbooks, and provide L2/L3 support for payroll incidents and audits.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors on requirements, compliance updates, and continuous improvement of payroll processes.

- Strong troubleshooting skills for payroll calculation issues and integration failures.
