Job Description

Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration or HR, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred: Global SAP Certification in HCM

Experience

  • 1 - 3 Years in SAP HCM support.

We are looking for an SAP HCM L1 Support Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will provide first-level support for SAP Human Capital Management modules, assist users with issue resolution, and ensure smooth HR operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills.

Main Responsibility

  • Attend end user inquiries/issues through Phone, chat, and email.
  • Responsible for triaging tickets from end user and then prioritizing tickets.
  • Actively identify the root cause of issues and prescribe solutions or alternatives to resolve it.
  • Escalation of unresolved issues to L2 Support Team.
  • Take ownership of issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
  • Liaison between cross functional team and end users.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage end users by taking the extra mile.
  • Ensure KPIs are met consistently to achieve customer experience excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of SAP HCM functionalities and HR processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic SAP errors and guide users effectively.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple queries.
