Job Description

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (US Payroll) configuration and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of BSI Tax Factory and TUFS integration, configuration, and updates.
  • Experience with SAP Time Management, schemas, and payroll rules.
  • Familiarity with integration of SAP Payroll with third-party systems and other tools.

Functional Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of US payroll processes, taxation regulations, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations, including garnishments, FICA, FUTA, SUTA, etc.
  • Experience handling payroll audits, year-end activities (W-2, W-4), and reconciliations.
