Job Description
**Hiring: SAP HCM Functional Payroll Consultant**
Experience: 10–15 Years
Employment Type: Contract
Work Mode: Remote
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
**Required Country Payroll Expertise:**
Argentina, Chile, Czechia, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, or Time Management.
**Key Requirements:**
- 10+ years of SAP HCM Functional Payroll experience.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in at least one specific country payroll.
- Expertise in Payroll Configuration, Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Processing Classes, and Cumulations.
- Experience in legal compliance, tax reporting, payroll enhancements, AMS support, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in end-to-end payroll implementations and SAP HCM integration.
**Priority:** Candidates with deep, hands-on expertise in a specific country payroll.
