SAP HCM Functional Consultant

Position: SAP HR Functional Consultant

Experience: 8–10 Years

Location: Bhopal / Work from office / 6 days a week / 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST

We are looking for an experienced SAP HR Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM/HR modules. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, support, enhancement, and integration of SAP HR processes across the organization.

·      Gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP HR/HCM processes.

·      Configure and support SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS.

·      Handle end-to-end SAP HR project lifecycle activities.

·      Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, Security, and other functional teams.

·      Prepare FRS documents, test scripts, and user manuals.

·      Support payroll processing and statutory compliance requirements.

·      Troubleshoot SAP HR issues and provide timely resolutions.

·      Manage change requests, enhancements, and incident resolution in AMS/support environment.

·      Conduct workshops and interact with business stakeholders and management teams.

·      Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM/HR functional consulting.

·      Expertise in PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll.

·      Knowledge of Indian Payroll and statutory compliance.

·      Experience in SAP HR integrations with FI or third-party systems.

·      Strong understanding of business process mapping and SAP best practices.

·      Experience in SAP support and implementation projects.

·      Strong analytical and communication skills.

·      Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, HR, or related field.

·      SAP HCM certification preferred.

·      Experience in infrastructure/EPC/manufacturing industry is an advantage.

·      Exposure to S/4HANA HR landscape or SuccessFactors integration is preferred.
