Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
SAP HCM Consultant with CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet) expertise for a part-time contract engagement. The consultant will support ongoing
S/4HANA implementation and integration activities, focusing on HCM and time management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP HCM modules with a focus on CATS functionality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Configure and customize CATS processes for time recording, approval, and integration with HR and Controlling.
- Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, PM, and PS.
- Participate in S/4HANA implementation activities, testing, and documentation.
- Provide end-user support, training, and post-implementation assistance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 57 years of experience in SAP HCM, with strong hands-on experience in CATS.
- Must have worked on at least 12 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Deep understanding of time management, personnel administration, and payroll integration.
- Good knowledge of integration points with FI/CO, PM, and PS.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within limited working hours.
