Job Description

About The Role

Looking for an SAP HCM Consultant with deep expertise in Australian Payroll to manage payroll operations and ensure statutory compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll (Australia region)
  • Work on payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll cycles
  • Ensure compliance with Australian tax, superannuation, and statutory regulations
  • Manage payroll processing, testing, and reconciliations
  • Partner with HR/Finance teams to improve payroll efficiency
  • Support audits and resolve payroll discrepancies

What We're Looking For

  • 8-10 years of SAP HCM experience with Payroll specialization
  • Strong hands-on in Australian Payroll configuration
  • Experience in Time Management & Personnel Administration
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance frameworks in Australia
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
