Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP HCM & Success Factor RCM professional, located in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, configuring and managing SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) systems, handling master data, and providing consulting expertise to clients. The role entails actively working on system implementations and ensuring that solutions meet client needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Business Processes and strong Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Consulting and SAP FICO
• Experience in managing and maintaining Master Data
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams and clients
• Relevant certifications or training in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors RCM are highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in implementing SAP and SuccessFactors solutions preferred
