Administer and manage SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.)
Perform SAP HANA database administration, backup, recovery, and replication (HANA System Replication, Storage Replication).
Install, upgrade, and patch SAP and HANA components.
Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and apply tuning measures.
Manage system copies, client copies, transport, and system refresh activities.
Ensure system security, including role/user administration and SAP Note implementation.
Deep administration and performance tuning of SAP HANA databases including memory management, CPU utilization, partitioning, backups, and replication (HSR).
Lead SAP upgrade and migration projects (S/4HANA conversions, OS/DB migrations, on-prem to cloud).
Perform root cause analysis of system failures and optimize SAP stack performance across applications, database, OS, and hardware layers
Plan and perform system migrations (OS/DB migrations, S/4HANA conversions, cloud migrations).
Collaborate with functional and technical teams for project implementation and issue resolution.
Participate in high availability and disaster recovery planning and testing.
Maintain documentation, operation manuals, and system architecture diagrams.
Ensure system security, including role/user administration and SAP Note implementation
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BASIS HANA DBA to oversee the architecture, stability, and performance of SAP systems in a mission-critical environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP HANA, BASIS administration, and leadership experience in managing large SAP landscapes and guiding cross-functional teams
Strong experience with SAP systems on Linux and Windows platforms
Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP on Cloud.
SAP Certifications (SAP BASIS, HANA, or OS/DB Migration) are a plus.
