Job Title: SAP HANA CO Consultant

Experience: 610 years (Relevant: 610 years)

Location: Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA CO Consultant with expertise in Controlling (CO) processes and hands-on experience in HANA environment. The role involves cost planning, cross-plant/cross-company code cost estimation, period-end closing, and integration with Plant Maintenance (PM) and Production Planning (PP) modules. The consultant will support SAP CO processes within a distribution sector account and work closely with functional teams for efficient financial planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute cost center planning and budgeting activities.
  • Perform cross-plant and cross-company code material cost estimation.
  • Manage CO period-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Integrate CO processes with Plant Maintenance (PM) and Production Planning (PP), including process orders.
  • Support HANA-based SAP CO implementations and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with FI teams for general ledger and master data updates (GL, PC).
  • Prepare functional documentation, process workflows, and reports.
  • Support testing, user acceptance, and issue resolution.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 610 years of SAP CO experience, with at least 1 year of SAP HANA exposure.
  • Strong understanding of cost center accounting, cost planning, and material cost estimation.
  • Experience with CO period-end closing activities.
  • Knowledge of integration with PM and PP modules.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills / Good To Have

  • Knowledge of General FI processes such as GL, PC Master Data.
  • Experience in Distribution sector SAP implementations.
