Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP professional with strong hands-on expertise in SAP HANA, SAP Basis, SAP Sybase, and PIPO support. The role involves implementation and support maintenance activities, along with troubleshooting, system monitoring, performance tuning, upgrades, refreshes, backup and recovery, and HANA replication-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to manage SAP landscapes efficiently and resolve technical issues across multiple SAP components.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for SAP HANA and SAP Sybase database environments.
- Perform SAP Basis administration and system support activities.
- Troubleshoot PIPO-related issues and integration problems.
- Handle HANA replication setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze and resolve SAP performance-related issues.
- Monitor SAP systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform SAP SP and component upgrades as required.
- Configure and troubleshoot Fiori applications.
- Troubleshoot Web Dispatcher issues.
- Troubleshoot BOBJ-related issues.
- Execute system refresh and client copy activities.
- Manage SAP system backup and recovery processes.
- Work on performance improvement initiatives and system stability enhancement.
- Support implementation and maintenance projects effectively.
Required Experience
- 1 implementation experience in ETE.
- 1 support maintenance experience.
- Working experience with HANA and Sybase databases.
- Hands-on experience in PIPO troubleshooting.
- Experience in HANA replication setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience in SAP performance troubleshooting.
- Experience in system monitoring.
- Exposure to SAP SP and component upgrades.
- Exposure to Fiori configuration and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to Web Dispatcher troubleshooting.
- Exposure to BOBJ troubleshooting.
- Experience in system refresh and client copy.
- Experience in SAP system backup and recovery.
